Job Description – Administrative Assistant

SI America is a real estate investment company that operates in Boca Raton, FL – USA. Basically what we do is to buy, renovate, rent and manage residential properties.
We are now managing 50 rental units, with another 5 under construction. By the end of the year the goal is to have 150 units under management.
Previous experience is not necessary and training will be given on the fly.
As the portfolio grows, the occupant of this position may be hired as a full property manager with possibility to relocate to USA.
What to expect: you will work from your personal computer (must have fast and stable internet connection) from 8h00am to 6h00pm local time in Florida. Lunch: 12 to 1h30pm. From your computer you will be able to access our management, make and answer phone calls, send and receive texts messages and emails. You will also be connected to us via skype.
There will be a lot of phone calls, so please do not apply if you don’t feel confident to talk on the phone in English.
– Answer customer service calls, create and follow up work orders;
– Answer prospective tenant calls, pre-qualify and schedule property showings
– Quote and hire service providers
– Quote and buy construction supplies
– Manage property listings (advertisements)
– Fill contracts
– Input bills
– Help creating, sending and explaining financial reports to Brazilian investors.
